-5⭐️’s if I could !!! I’ve lost my debit card and came in to get a replacement! They said, they can’t provide a temporary card and that it will take 7 days to get a new one by mail! And if they rush the order for a 2 days delivery I would be charged $95.00!!! Do not bank here they are for a lot the worst bank, with less services and attentions to their customers ~Carlos

Drove all the way to the store (about 30 minutes) because my Mom wasn't home to sign for my package. The email they sent said I could pick it up after 5. Then I get there and the lady tells me that the driver wasn't back yet and to come back in 30 minutes. I asked why they didnt just put in the email to come at 530? Then she asks me if my address is the same as the one on my ID? I said no and then she tells me that I need proof that I live at that address so I have to bring mail. If my name matches the package why do I now have to go home to get proof of address. Just a very frustrating experience. ~Savanna

Always 6-7 customers in line with only one teller attending and 2 managers and 2 personal bankers in the lobby standing around. An average of 25 minutes wait each time. ~O
