Our existing laptop was at end-of-life. Adding an updated hard-drive was the last step, and was cost prohibitive. Computer/IT isn't our Cup of Tea, so we decided to give the folks at "Switzer" a try. They recovered/transferred/saved all Our existing data, added a few upgrades to the "new" laptop, and provided a backup source for Our use if needed.
