Stephanie was amazing. I had been dealing an issue for the past two months. I had to call customer service twice and go through the same process for over 45mins. Once I talked to Stephanie everything got better. She took her time, looked up my account, called manager, and called tech support in order to help me and did it all with a smile. I am super appreciative for this day and this service. The location is clean, all workers were super polite and nice and they got through the line fast as she worked with me. 11/1/21 was a great day and I appreciate the T-Mobile team. Thank you. ~Kennedy
