Best meat processor in Vernon, California (CA) 2024

I used to get my meat from Costco. Brisket, ribs, beef, ribs, etc. You have not tried great "prime" brisket until you've tried Premier's meat. I did a quick google search and came across their website. I picked up the phone and gave them a call. I was quickly connected with Alex. I explained to Alex what I was looking for. We quickly went over types of meats I needed and pricing. I specifically wanted a type and cut of meat. He even called to the butchers to confirm the type I wanted. The next day I had my boxes of meat at my doorstep. Even the delivery driver was great. The delivery driver called me 30 minutes before, as Alex had mentioned, to confirm the delivery.
