I needed a specific color chef pants for a chef position at an acclaimed restaurant vegan/vegetarian restaurant. The color was not popular in the cargo chef style either so I had to source them elsewhere. New Chef not only had the color but they also tailored the pants to me. You can visit them to get your measurements or send them in and they give you a time-line. I have been wearing these pants for 6 months now and they are very well made, better than your everyday Mercer or Chef Works.
