The guy wouldn't give me check cashing percentages over the phone. Then when we got there made us feel suspicious for cashing there for the first time. Then he informs us we had to fill out a form ehich he didnt menyion over the phone. Then when we changed our mind he kept the check to call his director and tell them we decided not to cash with them and didn't give back our check till he got off the phone. Then he told us watch out for our employer because they steal money from you.. Wow. Horrible customer service and he needs to be more informative. ~Audre
