They are indifferent. They are actually in line with far too many Costco employees. No customer service! They act like you're LUCKY to be able to shop there. The pharmacy has been cold in their manner. If they're overworked, Hire more people!! ~Cheryl

Always tended to without any wait time or something unusual. Will continue on with my refills and recommend others throughout. ~Louie

First they gave me a medication that I had a reaction to then when I called they said it had the same active ingredients as the one that was prescribed and refused to order the one that was prescribed until my Dr wrote no substitutes on the prescription. Then when I went to pick it up after doing the refill they had done the substitute again.. I'm allergic to one of the inactive ingredients. Then my Dr refilled a different prescription that I've been taking for years. Walmart pharmacy said my insurance doesn't cover it anymore. When we asked how much it would be to purchase the prescription. They changed it to they don't fill it anymore because it's available over the counter. I had to switch that one to my Dr's office pharmacy where it's still covered by my insurance. Now I have a prescription that's not showing up. They're saying it was never called in. I watched my Dr call it in. I know this medication is available over the counter but not a 30 day supply of it. This is all within the last 6 months. Prior to that they were great. ~Amandah
