FedEx is officially a thief. FedEx still has not refunded my money. This location is enabling them to steal your money & property. I will be looking for a lawyer for a class-action lawsuit. 10/08/2021 This location just told me they will try to solve the issue. I may change my stars to higher rating later based on the developments. (8/30/21) I shipped an overseas package from this FedEx location on 8/28/2020. I was more than understanding considering the covid had made most things difficult. I contacted from the day the package was supposed to be delivered till today per their instructions! We followed all their instructions to get the package delivered. I made tens of frustrating calls, filed multiple complaints & claims. I had to deal with their terrible customer service. I’m very frustrated that FedEx is basically stealing property, not delivering packages then not paying for the claims. This international theft & bad customer service must stop! The USA FedEx has the perfect customer service. Why is it ignored at a criminal level for the International shipping? Unacceptable! ~emek
