What an absolute amazing experience. I stopped in to open a checking account, savings account, look into accounts for my kids, and also for an auto loan. Worst of all, I was that guy that came in unannounced with no appointment, as it was a spur of the moment decision. The only thing I regret now is not making the decision to stop in sooner. I was met by the receptionist who was courteous and had a smile. After a short application and wait, I was already sitting in front of Zara, discussing accounts for myself and kids. She was amazing, pleasant, and had me set up with the accounts and info I needed without any delays. Next I moved on to Derek for an auto loan. Derek was informative, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He had me approved with a pre approved letter in hand in no time. There was never any pressure from anyone.
