They were not able to get us in even as a previously established patient in good standings with a dying cat for over 2 weeks. They also require $50 down no matter what. I thought I would call them even after they almost killed my dog prior with a misdiagnosis but nothing has changed. All about the money and not animal care. ~Victoria
