I updated my phone and it wouldn’t sync to 5G. After being on the phone for three hours with customer service, they recommended I go to a store. When I went into the store, Angel helped me within 2 minutes! He was so kind and knowledgeable! He even found out that I am an RN and helped me with a discounted phone.
