I called this shop to locate a funky wiper for a Jaguar that other shops had never seen. O'Reilly's was able to locate it had it delivered from another shop in a couple of hours! Additionally, my fluid on the driver's side wasn't operational. They were able to problem solve, "McGyver" style and now I have both wipers and fluid! Robert was very helpful in finding and securing a Blue Top Optima deep cycle battery. This store is the most helpful of all the auto stores around and the manager is there to help.
