Best car rental agency in Westminster, Colorado (CO) 2025

I had a progressive claim back in June. Needed a car and was given a Infiniti. This was higher tier than progressive originally approved but I called and they approved it due to my car being a Lexus. Fast forward to today, I'm called at 3:56pm stating I'm being charged the difference because progressive declined to pay. Is this how you do business. Wait till the final day of the month to close out accounts and charge people without telling them first. I 100% get an insurance company denying payment. What I don't get is a rental company charging someone 2 months after the car has been returned. You tell me they aren't paying a week after, perfect, I'll get it sorted, but to just call and leave a message saying we're charging you... gives 0 time to rectify the issue on my end with the insurance company. ( once again, this is the other parties insurance, not mine) Honestly, won't attempt to rent from this location if that's how the manager thinks business is done. We have a commercial account as well with my place of business and we'll rent from somewhere else. ~dpatte27
