This 5 stars is for the service and help from Leannn Hemenway. I had a small business account issue I tried to resolve with CBOC corporate customer service, that left such a bad taste in my mouth I was seriously considering switching banks. I called the Denver Broadway branch, and Leann saved the day. She was very understanding and went out of her way to resolve my issue. It's rare to see this level of customer service these days. I’ve been with the Windsor location for 5+ years. I’ve recently been working with Rosie, she has been so helpful every step of the way. Always there to answer all my questions big or small. I can’t say enough good things about the employees at this location. They recognize you and know your name when you come in. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They handle my 2 businesses and personal banking needs flawlessly. I highly recommend them to everyone. ~A
