I was in the bank this morning and your customer service is sub par. Whenever I go into your bank I get the feeling that your employees are doing me a favor. There were actually four Wells Fargo employees behind the counter and one in front of the counter. One person was ahead of me in line. I waited patiently for someone to help me. I finally gave up and walked out of the bank. We have been a customer of Wells Fargo bank for well over twenty years. Today was the tipping point—I want out of your bank. I have never and would never recommend Wells Fargo bank to anyone ~A
