Best atm in Danbury, Connecticut (CT) 2024

That store has the most unfriendly workers, they always look like someone stole their puppy. I said hello the the girl at the self checkout and she just looked at me with blank robotic stare it was quite uncomfortable. I just moved to the area and where I am from ( Stamford) everyone is so friendly. Is it maybe Im too friendly coming from the hospitality business and expect everyone to say hello or even smile? Nah, I dont think so they just look miserable. I rather drive out my way then come to this store again. ~TOYA

It was my first time at this branch and had one of the best experiences in the twenty somethingyears that I have been a client of Chase. Heather, the Assistant Vice President did an excellent job, she went above and beyond to help me and my family with all that we needed today. Exceptional service, we need more people like Heather at the local branches. ~Connecticut

Great looking bank but unfortunately horrible business practices and management. Seems bilking it's customers is common practice. While the local staff is great people from the area and but paid the price. The management is still brought in from other area's. What ever happened to that "local" bank charm ?
