Best cosmetic dentist in Enfield, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Incompetent staff doing the billing. Tried charging my wife for our yearly cleaning which is covered by insurance. Tried demanding that she has to pay even tho my wife informed them it is covered like it always has. I went in a week later and spoke to the manager to try and fixed it. I asked why my wife always deals with them trying to get her to pay out of pocket and never harass me about it. I asked if they have predator practices against certain customers. 2 weeks later why whole family get a letter saying they will not longer accept us a patients. And they continue to send me a bill of $192 even tho my insurance shows it was paid in full. Horrible service and staffing. ~Luke
