Best gas station in Groton, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Great prices on gas and diesel. Same low price cash or credit. I will definitely be back for another 25 gallon plus fill up. 30¢ a gallon cheaper than Veterans convenience store on RT 184. ~Scott

First, let me be clear...THE Workers/Staff are supremely hard working and dedicated at this Dunkin Donuts. That said, the owner is either "frugal" (cheap) or cares little for customer service! During the highest Volumn times (work commute) there is only ONE employee to handle all orders to include the making of many sandwiches, online orders, and counter service. You can wait up to a 1/2 hour just to get a coffee!!!!! I will never go there again....used to go every morning. I will go a half mile up Rt 12 instead where they actually care about service!!! ~Joe

Sometimes the prices that are manually entered and not scan are run up intentionally at a higher price. I've asked for items to be scanned - not entered, and met with attituded, despite proving they were going to over charge me for 2 power aides and a vitamin water. Tuesday, I went here at 2:30AM after getting off my swing shift, the doors were locked. I waited for a half hour, and still locked. I'll just go to cumbies, it's cool. They're friendly and understand why I want it scanned by bar code and not made up prices. ~Anthony
