I paid a lot of money for a sheet pizza. Ordered it three hours ahead of time and asked for a 6:45 delivery, as I had guests coming. There was light snow predicted for that evening. I asked the staff if delivery would be an issue. They assured me it would not be a problem, since I am less than three miles away. To make a long story short, The pizza arrived at 7:20 pm. It was cold and grease was congealed on top of the pizza. You can see from the picture. I called the restaurant and complained that the pizza arrived cold and 35 minutes late. They said it was due to the weather and that no credit would be issued. I didn't ask for a credit. All I wanted was hot pizza delivered on time. When you pay top dollar for a product, and you give the staff over 3 hours advance notice, there are some expectations, like being on time and insulating the pizza from the cold. Based on my experience, Wicked Slice in Hebron has a better quality product and more sympathetic, professional, and accommodating staff. I will not be returning to Hebron Pizza and I recommend you do not go there either. ~Mike
