The Victorian Rose did an incredible job with our wedding flowers. From table arrangements, to bouquets, to boutonnieres, we were blown away. Huong was communicative and so helpful throughout the process. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Needless to say that when this bouquet was received it was very disappointing to me. They didn’t even try to make this look like it should have! I never do surveys or reviews but when I got off the phone with Hahn(she hung up on me) I was furious! Besides the fact that the flowers looked like they did, it came with the wrong balloon and a day early she was very rude to me over the phone. Never again!

I highly recommend this shop! I ordered an arrangement from their website to be delivered to my Mom for Easter and the finished product was even more cheerful and bright than the photo depicted! The arrangement arrived in a cute spring green watering can. The pastel mylar Easter balloon was the icing on the cake! Beautiful assortment of high quality, fresh spring flowers! It really brightened her day! They even called her first to be sure she was available to accept delivery! Excellent service! I will order from this family again!! Thank you for helping me make my Mom's heart smile😊

It's Valentine's Day in a pandemic. I really was not expecting much, but even in a pandemic... Victorian Rose delivered. They probably don't know me well, but they do know my husband. I am a small-time flower grower myself and I have never loved a dozen red roses. Not only does VR cater year after year to my husband's very specific requests, but she consistently arranges gorgeous displays. This year, I got a little knock at my door (on a Sunday) and was delivered the most beautiful Valentine's bouquet. It was beautiful enough that I am writing a review right now. So next time you're looking to support a wonderful, local business/family, call VR. The website is not great, but call on the phone, give her a budget and any specifics and she will make it happen!

I have visited the Victorian Rose Florist many times and find the owner very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The flowers are beautiful and fresh. I have also bought several pieces that were on display and given them as gifts. I strongly recommend that you take a moment to visit the shop. Peggy

This is my first experience having a florist drop the ball and not even attempt to acknowledge or rectify their mistake and then turn around and try to pass off a substandard product as something it clearly is NOT. We should have just given the grieving family the $100 we wasted at this business. A business I refuse to even classify as a florist since the person who provided what we paid for clearly does not possess floral arrangement skills. We ordered a funeral floor arrangement that we upgraded to the $100 item which was advertised as roses, gladiolas, and spider mums surrounded by large palm leaves. When we arrived this morning to pick up our order it wasn't ready... because they never made the order! We chose to wait because we hoped they would provide a quality product to make up for the mistake and because we only had an hour to get to a family FUNERAL! After waiting for our order, we received a pile of flowers thrown into a plastic pot. The flowers looked nothing like the arrangement we ordered and did not even qualify to be called an "arrangement." There were NO gladiolas, spider mums or palms that were specified in the ordered arrangement. Instead the more expensive gladiolas, spider mums and long palms were substituted with CHEAP filler daisy's and hyacinth and small mismatched green filler that made the pile of flowers look like I made it myself! We clearly made a mistake by choosing to wait and then threw away $100 for something that we were completely embarrassed to even write our names in the sympathy card. We should have asked for a discount because of their failure to have the order ready but what kind of business doesn't offer one for such a huge mistake? Not only did they not offer ANY type of customer service for the error or for our inconvenience, they also DID NOT provide anything remotely similar to the product we ordered. And then proceeded to act like we wouldn't notice the substandard product not worth the plastic pot it was thrown in. Who does that? This business wants to know how they can improve their service? #1 - Every occasion that warrants a floral arrangement is important but an arrangement for a funeral should be fulfilled with the utmost care. Funeral arrangements are the final gift we can provide to a lost loved one. Remember that. #2 - Daisys are NOT equivalent to gladiolas and if you don't have the products YOU advertise, then advise the customer when the order is placed. You're a florist and provide ONE product... flowers. How do you get it so wrong? Or are you just in the business of taking advantage of customers and their vulnerability during the occasion they need your product for? Please review your own website photos before taking orders and before making an arrangement. #3 - All businesses make mistakes but your mistakes should be acknowledged AND rectified with above and beyond customer service... especially when you drop the ball and don’t have an order that was scheduled to be picked up the moment you opened! Why are you even in the floral business?Please care more about your customers, especially the ones who have given you their business in their greatest time of need! I order a lot of flowers and I have never received something so shoddy that it wasn't even arranged in the correct shape of a funeral arrangement AND only included ONE type of flower advertised. If the person who made this arrangement is a professional florist, she needs to work on her skills. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Giving one star is too much.

Always takes care of you when you go there. They make the most beautiful flower arrangements. The owner is such a sweet heart. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for flowers or even gifts for someone.
