Shopping at Manchester La-Z-Boy was a great experience. Hal was very helpful, and when he suggested I take advantage of the design services I was reluctant. I am so happy I did. Kylie came to my house, she listened to me, asked some questions and made some comments about color and style, and in a couple of days she had my whole room planned out for me. I couldn’t really say what I was looking for, just knew I needed something comfortable that looked nice. Kylie was able to pull some choices, all good, and I made decisions immediately…something I never do! I can’t believe how she nailed my style when I didn’t even know my style! We are purchasing all her picks, and I am so anxious to get them in my home. I never felt pressured, only valued as a potential lay-z-boy customer. I don’t believe I will shop anywhere else for furniture. ~Sandra
