There is no one there to help. 1 person in the waiting room. Seems like two phlebotomists and no one to check you in, check in window is boarded up with homemade signs, digital sign in, if you are not tech savvy forget it, I saw 4 people walk up and have to leave. One lady needed a specimen cup like me and schedule was FULL. I couldn't make an appointment for a specimen cup because there is no option online to pick up a cup. I even tried calling quest itself because these people won't answer. EXPECT TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR OR UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF TIME TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP A SPECIMEN CUP. WASTED MY ENTIRE MORNING DRIVING 12 MILES THERE and another 12 back home. When the lady finally came out she told me "everyone is ahead of you because YOU didn't make an appointment." That's when I left. I've been there several times in the past with an appointment and the lady is always rude anyway. This time, I'm never going back under any circumstances. ~Fiddle
