The absolute worst quest experience I have ever had! I made a 940 appointment and when I got to the center there was a line of people at the kiosk because it was not working. When one of the phlebotomist came out the older gentleman that was first in line asked her for help and she was extremely rude and aggressive towards him as she checked him in. She then continued to aggressively check each person in, most of them being elderly! When she got to my name it would not show my appointment because it had already past that my appointment time. I explain to her that I was here 10 minutes before my appointment time and I had been in line the whole time and she checked me in as a walk-in only. I asked her if I was going to be seen at my scheduled appointment block or put as a walk in and she told me to just sit down and wait. I had my infant daughter with me and had scheduled an appointment specifically around her nursing schedule. I waited A little while and when she came back out into the waiting area I asked her again because I did not see my name up on the board. She was extremely rude and told me there was a lot of people ahead of me and I had to wait. I waited over 30 minutes in total. Then when another woman came out I asked her about it and she said that I was not on the list as my appointment time that I had to be on standby as a walk-in and I could hear the first lady in the background saying well her appointment didn’t show up so she’s just a walk in. I had to leave and now I have the inconvenience of trying to reschedule and having to fast again. I will never be returning to the Marlborough Center again!

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional to the patients in the waiting room. One lady had a hard time navigating the tablet that quest uses to handle patients, and the phlebotomist came out and pretty much yelled at us “How many times are you going to hit the help button?” The lady apologized and politely explained she didn’t know what she was doing. Another lady also had trouble with the iPad. I have never had to deal with medical professionals who are so rude and condescending! If you don’t make an appointment, you’ll be waiting there a long time. Next time I’ll be making an appointment, somewhere else. I’ve been going to this location for awhile and usually the staff are friendly, but today’s experience was pure awful.

THEY DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS even though they advertise such. This was my first time to this Quest office, I've never had an issue with walking in for bloodwork at their Groton location. When you try to check in at the kiosk, it assigns you an appointment for another time! Wasted drive, so save yourself the frustration. It was my son's first time having bloodwork and the woman was so snotty to us; who knows maybe she was having a bad day but still.. not a good experience. .

There is no one there to help. 1 person in the waiting room. Seems like two phlebotomists and no one to check you in, check in window is boarded up with homemade signs, digital sign in, if you are not tech savvy forget it, I saw 4 people walk up and have to leave. One lady needed a specimen cup like me and schedule was FULL. I couldn't make an appointment for a specimen cup because there is no option online to pick up a cup. I even tried calling quest itself because these people won't answer. EXPECT TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR OR UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF TIME TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP A SPECIMEN CUP. WASTED MY ENTIRE MORNING DRIVING 12 MILES THERE and another 12 back home. When the lady finally came out she told me "everyone is ahead of you because YOU didn't make an appointment." That's when I left. I've been there several times in the past with an appointment and the lady is always rude anyway. This time, I'm never going back under any circumstances.

I went to the Marlborough draw station to have blood drawn. The phlebotomist was very curt and unfriendly. I felt like a drill Sargent was questioning me. She put the tourniquet on extra tight like she wanted it to hurt! I have good veins! No patient should have to endure someone like that. I will never go to Quest lab again!!! Stay away! Do not go there!

I have had multiple blood work appointments here in the past with no problems, but showed up today for my appointment only to see a sign on the door saying the the office is closed for technical difficulties. Not sure why corporate Quest wouldn’t email or call to cancel. Corporate obviously knows of the appointment since I got emails and reminders right up until the appointment time. The location might have tech problems, but the appointment should have been canceled professionally.

Absolutely the most RUDE and careless person ever encountered at any medical facility. 12/28 at 9:30am. Wow. The woman was so condescending, rude, short of any patience and dismissive. Never have we had to deal with such an unprofessional staff. We are going to make formal complaints against this person and will not relent until she is disciplined. I probably wouldn't have believed my daughter's story , but she accidentally called me and there phone was running the whole time. My blood is boiling. Can't believe this woman. Sh should be fired.

I had to get blood drawn for a routine medical appointment. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived, I had checked in at the screen and immediately a medical person came out and called me to come inside for my blood draw. So this is a well run and organized lab. I don’t really like having blood drawn; but the medical person was super friendly and put me right at ease and painlessly took the sample. It was in the afternoon and since all prior times slots were booked I know it had been a busy day, but I did not feel rushed and the medical person was again friendly and patient with me. Will definitely use this lab again.

I can see how this place can be frustrating if it’s your first time, or you’re unfamiliar with the process. It has the bare minimum of staffing and there is no desk person. You have to check in yourself at the kiosk. I recommend making an appointment every time. An appointment will move you first in line if there is a wait with a bunch of walk ins. Also, with an appointment you can easily check in by scanning the QR code that was emailed to you. However, I got frustrated today because it appeared they took a walk in before me, when I had an appointment. A gentlemen walked in about 15 seconds before me at 7:38am and was able to check in first. I checked in immediately after and noticed our names on the screen. He was a walk in, I had an appointment at 7:45am. They took him in at 7:40am as I still waited. I was taken in at 7:50am after I noticed the gentlemen was already leaving. I was done and out by 8:00am. I understand it wasn’t that long of a wait, but I thought making the appointment would put me first. Today it was only the two of us in the waiting room. In past experiences when the waiting room was full, those with an appointment were always bumped to the front of the line. My phlebotomist today was Chandra. I’ve had her before and she never seems to be in a good mood. However, she is very quick and efficient and I appreciate that. I do not come here for chit chat so I like going in, getting things done, then leaving. I will continue to come back because it’s very close to my home, and convenient. Once you understand the process and know what to expect, it’s not that bad.
