Went in for a blood draw without knowing that you had to make an appointment and the woman who “greeted” me was surprisingly rude. She kept talking over me the few times I tried to get a word in to explain why I was here and why I didn’t have an appointment and giving me an attitude about not having an appointment or a mask (which I admittedly forgot). Based solely on that I’ll avoid this location in the future.

Absolutely the worst place on this planet. Got turned away last week when no patients were there not knowing you had to make appointments. No one there and a blood draw only take a couple minutes. Why that they couldn’t take me is hard to understand. I made an appointment for 5 days later and get a text saying all is a go with a link to connect to when I got there. I followed the instructions when I got there only to read a sign that says they are closed for unforeseen reasons. Halfway home they then call me to inform me they were closed. Terrible healthcare as far as I am concerned. The whole healthcare system is gone to hell and covid is the cover up. Make your appointments some places else and not this careless place. Disgusting place.

My Dr sent in a lab order & I had a PCR covid test scheduled at the Windsor Locks, CT location, having done the pre-screeing questions online. I don't know if there was a language barrier, but the employee who screened me in told me to leave & that there are signs on the door explaining the policy about covid. I looked at the signs when I left & still have no idea why she wouldn't provide the test. The signs just say don't come in if you have covid symptoms or have had symptoms in the last 10 days. No & no. So??? I'm a rule follower & am always masked, careful & considerate. Rarely have I been so frustrated trying to have a conversation. She made no sense & was rude. Ironically, my Dr's office sent the order in because I'm not sick & they don't test you if you're asymptomatic, but Quest supposedly does, and it certainly seemed so based on the screening prior to making the appt. I just needed the test for work; left work early and wasted gas and time only to be treated badly and still be without a test. Won't be coming back to this location. I called Quest's customer service & they made note of my issue, and that's the end of the story.

I looked at the reviews and was a little nervous about going to this location. It's right down the road so I figured I'd make my own opinion of the place. I'm glad I went there! I was in and out quick!!! Lindsey was very nice and easy to talk to. I hardly felt the Needle!! I saw another worker and only got good vibes! I would definitely go there again.

This location delivers high quality care and is very welcoming to their patients. Compared to the office in Glastonbury, which is distasteful, I'm glad this location is my preferred location. This location is convenient and less than 5 minutes away from my home, too. I would like to recognize the phlebotomists that cared for myself and my daughter during our visits. They're always kind and knowledgeable. My daughter is very anxious and physically animated, so they're good with handling pediatric patient's that do not like getting bloodwork taken. Lastly, I would like to recognize Samantha who is phenomenal. Samantha demonstrates a high standard of competency applicable to her scope of practice, she is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and very welcoming. The many times that I have attended this location with my daughter, good services has ALWAYS been exceptional, especially from Samantha! I hope this location continues to keep welcoming and knowledgeable staff on board! Thank you so much! Stay safe and healthy! By the way, they're very quick. When you have an appointment, I've ALWAYS been seen on time or sooner! Perfect!

Went in for a drug test. Had a scheduled appointment. Waited about 5-10 minutes, very reasonable. Lindsey assisted, very clear instructions and pleasant. Completed and out in 25 minutes total, check in to completion. Very nice!

I'm a needle phobe. So when I needed bloodwork done, I informed the phlebotomist. She was nothing less than wonderful. She listened, was quick and efficient. I was in and out. There was a chance that I would faint, but because of her skill, I did not. Thank you Coretta at Quest Lab in WL.

Went to do a drug screening and everything was professional and quick. Was in & out in about 10 - 15min. My nurse was incredibly nice and friendly.

I only gave one star because I had had to pick at least one. If possible, I wouldn’t have given any stars based on my experience today. I made an appointment at the Windsor Locks location and had to wait 45 minutes longer than my scheduled appointment. That didn’t bother as much as the attitude that I received from a staff member. I too work in the healthcare field and have never treated a patient the way that I was treated. The woman was short fused and rolled her eyes at me several times and made me very uncomfortable. She was so rude and completely unprofessional! I was unable to verify the initials of the doctor to send the results to. After I asked several questions and received more eye rolls, I suggested that she her to draw my blood as I had to get to work and I would see that the results got to the right doctor. She became more annoyed, stood up and stormed out of the room while screaming for “Vivian” who I assume was a co-worker. She loudly yelled, “I can’t deal with this lady anymore”. I was so taken back with how I was was being treated and disrespected. I have never been treated so badly before. I immediately walked out. I will never return to this location again. From my experience today and other reviews that I’ve read, this woman should not be working with the general population.

Lady with the European accent was extremely rude to us for no reason, and was talking to us like we were dumb, and we never got our blood drawn, I was unaware we needed separate insurance cards (when we are on the same one) then told me we need paper orders to get tested here. (Basically I need a doctor to tell me to get my blood tested) Would recommend somewhere else, with better and clear service. I don't see why it matters if I have a paper order, if I have insurance and wanna take care of myself and get my blood tested.
