I have been using the Parking Spot @ BDL in Windsor Locks on a bi-monthly basis if not more for frequent travels. They are fairly priced, easy to navigate, and have excellent customer service. They make flying much less stressful with the quick and easy valet drop off and retrieval. The staff and shuttles are always prompt and quickly get you to your departure gate! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes....often zero wait time. When your incoming flight arrives, you tap a button on the app and the valet will have your car ready and warmed up for you when you return. The shuttle is always there waiting/ or if your flight is super late- a quick touch button away. Recently, Angela, one of the managers, assisted me with trouble shooting an issue that I had and supported a favorable resolution. An awesome resource! ~Jessica

Absolutely the worst place on this planet. Got turned away last week when no patients were there not knowing you had to make appointments. No one there and a blood draw only take a couple minutes. Why that they couldn’t take me is hard to understand. I made an appointment for 5 days later and get a text saying all is a go with a link to connect to when I got there. I followed the instructions when I got there only to read a sign that says they are closed for unforeseen reasons. Halfway home they then call me to inform me they were closed. Terrible healthcare as far as I am concerned. The whole healthcare system is gone to hell and covid is the cover up. Make your appointments some places else and not this careless place. Disgusting place. ~Jim
