They provide a courtesy car with your spot number, in case you don’t remember where you parked. You can also reserve, check-in & out with your app. Very convenient!

I have been using the Parking Spot @ BDL in Windsor Locks on a bi-monthly basis if not more for frequent travels. They are fairly priced, easy to navigate, and have excellent customer service. They make flying much less stressful with the quick and easy valet drop off and retrieval. The staff and shuttles are always prompt and quickly get you to your departure gate! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes....often zero wait time. When your incoming flight arrives, you tap a button on the app and the valet will have your car ready and warmed up for you when you return. The shuttle is always there waiting/ or if your flight is super late- a quick touch button away. Recently, Angela, one of the managers, assisted me with trouble shooting an issue that I had and supported a favorable resolution. An awesome resource!

When we arrived the shuttle bus was about to leave but decided to wait for us so that was very considerate of our time. We prepaid so check in and check out was super fast and easy. Also they are very close to the airport so that was a plus. Definitely a great experience.

There was virtually no waiting for a shuttle on either end and both shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. My car was safe and untouched just where I had parted it. The only negative was the car stuck at check-out that didn't have there confirmation QR code. I myself needed to find my QR code which I had not accessed since I left on my trip 18 days prior. It would be very helpfully if your system sent a check-out email with the QR code the day before your planned return.

The entire process was simple and smooth. My car was ready when I returned and I only had to wait a few minutes for a pick up. Your staff were all courteous and helpful. I have to say, it was the best experience with a parking facility I've ever had. Well done!

The check-in and check-out process is seamless and if desired; can be done directly from the app. The transfers to and from the airport are timely and the drivers always willing to assist with your luggage! The Parking Spot is a great place to leave your car during your travels. I appreciate the detailing services that can be provided; if needed.

Great service from the friendly drivers. We were pick up from our parking spot immediately, provided with a written note with our parking location. When we returned, the driver took us straight to our car. App works well for easy entrance and exit. Cold water bottles available by the exit is a very nice touch.

I’m going to tell everyone I know about this service. I already thought the 24/7 service was great when doing my research, but when we arrived for self park a shuttle met us at the parking spot we were aiming for, that’s how great they are. The driver helped us get our luggage on and jotted down our exact parking space on a ticket. They basically drive around the lot to wherever they are someone new getting out of the car, it’s so instantaneous. When we got back we had just gotten outside the airport when the shuttle turned up exactly at the right time. He dropped us off right at the car. Amazing and will definitely always park here.

The shuttle drivers are very friendly. We use this place for EVERY vacation. Do everything online. This time we did self park ( we usually do Valet) and the shuttle brought us right to our car. Super quick in and out. Very good

If you want spots on your auto after parking it with them- then this is the place for you. The Parking Spot in Windsor damaged our auto- promised to repair- then their insurance refused to resolve. We have called The Parking Spot to advise with no return call or solution.
