Went in to update my phone. This involved trading my old phone in. Was told that they would transfer all of my contacts, photos and music to my new phone. Before I have a chance to check my new phone they factory reset my old phone, deleting everything. They only moved my contacts. 5 years of photos and all of my music was gone, forever. Total and complete incompetence.

If your looking for the FINEST customer service look no more! I went in with a billing problem and the manager Tony helped me ABOVE AND BEYOND! Problem solved! He listened and treated me as a priority! I highly recommend everyone go see him!! The store is very clean , nice location and they don’t make you wait forever too!

I agree with David's review. 100%. I was told a manager would be in contact with me as soon as possible to sort out my concerns. Was never contacted. I go to the corporate store on Hall Rd now. It's closer to home They've been great to work with.

Friendly helpful staff. Always a wait at cell phone stores and takes a while to upgrade. This store is a little more efficient than other T-Mobile locations.

Buyer beware. Some sales personnel are not familiar with the correct prices for the phone plans. This could cost you hundreds of dollars if you are migrating from Sprint or comparing prices with other providers. I would suggest going to another store where they may help you if they make a MISTAKE. It cost me hundreds of dollars.

The guys Tony & Jaylyn were very helpful at the 14 Mile and Schoenherr store. It took a little while to transfer my old phone info to my new phone and we had a nice conversation while things were uploading. 🙂
