Since when is it ok to run the register or answer the phone & then use BARE hands to add cheese to pizzas? The worker is awesome, one of the best, but had I seen this before I paid for my order, I would have walked out. YUK!! Even though the food is decent & the price is right, I'm done with Pizza Hut.

Well staff place not happy that i waited 30 mins for a carryout order placed in the store only to wait another 15 mins because the order got lost or forgot wish i could give a better review

Kat was so nice and gracious. She ensured my dietary needs were met by cleaning down the counters and tools before boxing my pizzas up to ensure no cross contamination. She was a total sweetheart and I will be coming back to this location!!

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in years so I went through the steps of downloading the app and placing an order for the new triple treat. My specialty Pizza was absolutely correct, but the 1 topping was missing the one topping.... I hate downloading an app just delete it after I use.

Today (06/22/2021) was my 3rd trip in a few weeks to PH. Based on site reviews with no response from management uncertain how customer reviews are handled from a consumers perspective that's keeping them in business.🤷🏾♀️ I ordered a half/half pizza that wasn't made correctly. Today same thing hoping 3rd times a charm and NOPE!! Spoke with manager Victoria whom understood my concerns and remade my pie which was what I initially ordered and made to PERFECTION!!!💯Thank you Ms. Victoria for getting your hands dirty and making my pie exactly how I ordered it!! Sure hope your crew was leaning over your shoulder for a refresher coarse on how to make pizza.👍🏽

LOOK/taste MORE like SKIMPY dry CHEESE STICKS with Tomato paste SAUCE! -The order taker was very nice ! The cook on the other hand is a different story. The Detroit Style pizza- Tastes like cheese Sticks Made in a larger style! This pizza hardly had ANY "Melt to die for" xtra cheese on the pull of a slice (as they advertise) and particularly on my order placed this evening of Today, FYI.- the pizza maker/cook must be on vacation in the kitchen! :( Save your money or BUY THE personal pan one with sauce on the side for $8 bucks less. :)

Ordered boneless wings. 2 of them were made from very chewy, rubbery meat of some type. I've never had chicken like that before. What kind of meat are you using?

The service was excellent and there was no one besides us in the restaurant. I had a craving for stuff crust pizza. Honestly the pizza was not bad, but there are much better options out there. I now remember why I have not had pizza hut in 14 years. The pizza toppings we're over cooked and the rest of the pizza was under cooked. Not a good combination. Just go to a different pizza place. Revising review down to one star. honestly, everybody else even other Pizza Huts is better.

Had the worst experience of my life. Two large pizza's and $32's later. Sending someone to pick up pizza on there way back with house full of people. Pizza's were not cooked all the way, even the cheese! I didn't get to eat right away. That is when I discovered the problem and couldn't eat it. I tried to bring it back, NEVER done this before. Apparently, when you have very hungry people, i was supposed to do everything myself. Stopped what I was doing to pick up pizza, inspect it in restaurant, and taste to see if it is cooked. When I tried to get my money back, I was told to bring it back in. Little children don't know to stop eating uncooked pizza, husband was really to hungry to care and guests won't say anything till I started to question it. So parts of pizzas were gone but my pieces, the bite I tried to eat, half a piece a child couldn't eat and a crust from one that didn't. Two adults ate most of there's. Some crust in garbage. I brought what I could to Pizza Hut at 13 mile and Van Dyke. I was told I ate half and that he would not refund the pizzas. He was the snottiest person I have ever experienced. I told him I was coming here since I was a kid and never had this happen. Manager there didn't care and said it didn't matter, that he is not short of business anyway. Well, see for yourself at the pics... I brought two boxes in by the way. I guess I should have went in garbage and grabbed more. If I asked for credit, I won't have had to bring pizzas in. In that case, I wanted my money. I didn't know when or if I would have returned after going there to return it at this point. See pics for yourself and decide....
