By far the worst little caesars location around here! I ordered online for an in-store pick up I got there about 10 mins early since I was already out and about when I ordered. Mind you they have a big sign that says "Lobby Now Open" so after about 10 mins and still no pick up email I decided to go in and check on things only to find out the door was locked at 7pm! So as I and quite a few others were knocking at the door an employee just shooed us towards the drive thru and if you know this location you know the drive thru is just a disaster! I did attempt to get in the drive thru but after about 10-12 mins of no movement I seen an employee bringing someone else there pizza so I hurried and backed up, caught him, and asked for my pizza. He said ok and went in but after about 15 mins he never came out. I tried to call the store about 10 mins into waiting for the employee to see if he was coming but then to say never mind cancel it but after 20 something mins I couldn't wait any longer! I then left and went to the 11 and Harper location and was in and out within 2-3 mins as it should be! So now it's been 4 days with the same 10.58$ charge on my card that I still can't seem to get removed! I highly recommend just going to another location when thinking about getting little caesars pizza!

Drive through only. I placed an order at speaker for 2 ICB and 2 garlic and parm wings after waiting in long line 20 minutes. I got to the window my wings weren't ready so I was asked to wait up front in parking lot. I Glady went up front waiting, waiting, waited...15 more minutes no one came out. I called into the store and said "I'm still waiting in the lot for me order" the lady that answered says " sorry for the wait and quickly hangs up. I was going to request a refund but the guy who brought my order out made up for her rude azz. The 1 star is for him. I'll never go back to this little Ceasars. Horrible Horrible service. Oh and my wings were plain.. but I ate them because I didn't feel like going back...

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I called and placed an order and the associate I spoke with confirmed their lobby was open. When we arrived, we walked up to a locked door. I called again and asked if they could bring it to the door, since I was told incorrectly that they were open inside and Sarah (manager) said she was too busy and would absolutely not help me. She repeatedly called me "honey" in a demeaning way and would not work with me whatsoever. When I originally called it was from another little Caesars parking lot with the same issue. Drive thru was open with a mile long line. We literally drove to another location just to be stuck in the same circumstance. Since no offer was made to remedy the situation, even after I came up with a perfectly fine solution, we left without any pizza. Side note: on our way home from a different restaurant we passed by here again and noticed the line had only moved 2 cars in the 20+ minutes it took to loop back that way. Little Caesars, you've lost a customer in us tonight.

There is no such thing as a "Hot and Ready" at this location. Trying to get something in the drive through is also complete pandemonium it would seem and you will often wait for a ridiculous amount of time to get even a simple pepperoni pizza.

I ordered online because I was in a hurry, but when I came to pick up the pizza the location was only open for the drive through. The site didn't notify me that I'd have to wait in line. What's the point of ordering online if I have to wait in line with everyone that's ordering at the drive through. The person working the drive through was also rude and unapologetic of the situation. I will not be ordering from little ceasars again.

I only go here because my kids like the Crazy Bread. Barely qualifies as pizza, in my opinion. Cheap ingredients equals cheap pizza! I used to work for the company that makes their liquid garlic sauce for the Crazy Bread, so I can't even take the smell of the stuff anymore, and that was 30 years ago!

I'm hiving 2 stars because I just had terrible service here only due to one girl her name is Sierra I went through the drive through waited my turn just like everyone else I realized I didn't have my credit card with me so I had to pull out to find some cash. I found Cash and went to go inside the lobby but they were closed. now if you have ever been to this location you know the line is long and somewhat of a hassle so i tried to just pay at lobby door because they bring pizzas out anyway it was a simple one pizza order. one hot n ready and she was soooo rude about it that I'm here now. Sierra. Rude and disrespectful. Dillon is the night Manager I appreciate you.

Typically great, especially if you just want Hot N' Ready. They get really busy, however, I haven't had an order wrong from them since I've been ordering from them. However today, one of my Hot N' Readys wasn't cut. It's not really a complaint as I have a pizza cutter at home. I just found it mildly entertaining. 😂

Waited forever for my an extra most best pizza in the drive through. Had to wait in a parking space for it. When I got home I was shocked by the sight of it. Looks like a 4 year old cut it. Food is good! EXCEPT the crazy bread I just received is hard as rocks, burnt, crunchy, and dark brown in color. Just looking at them, you can tell they’re way over cooked. I can’t believe whomever made this batch of CB actually bagged it up and sold it rather than taking the L and tossing them like they should have. Also, shout out to the girl with the short fro in the front. She’s a great employee and deserves to be recognized for it!
