5 Best fast food restaurant in Warren, Michigan (MI) 2024

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in years so I went through the steps of downloading the app and placing an order for the new triple treat. My specialty Pizza was absolutely correct, but the 1 topping was missing the one topping.... I hate downloading an app just delete it after I use. ~Acrylic-

Typically great, especially if you just want Hot N' Ready. They get really busy, however, I haven't had an order wrong from them since I've been ordering from them. However today, one of my Hot N' Readys wasn't cut. It's not really a complaint as I have a pizza cutter at home. I just found it mildly entertaining. 😂 ~Kitaya

Customer service was good but the pizza barely had any dough. I don’t like thin crust pizza that’s why I don’t go to Pizza Hut. This is the second Lil Caesars pizza that I’ve experienced this. ~MsMoua01

Despite What looks to be adequate staffing (there were 5 employees) for some reason there is always a 30 minute wait for a simple hot or ready. Last time they literally took 40 minutes then said "we lost your pizzas" and offered me free soda since it would be another 15 minutes. Come-on guys...being patient with short staffing is one thing but this was just chaos. ~Kris

1 star (: SO did you guys just use your hands to tear the bread???? i couldn't even pull it out of the bag i had to rip the bag open just to see that OBVIOUSLY someone didnt even bother using a knife to cut this. nice. 10/10 would not recommend. also what happened to wearing hair nets? we just dont worry about those in fast food anymore or does this location just do as it pleases? ~Zoey
