Family dollar has good quality merchandise for reasonable prices. It's a good store if you are looking for quality, but don't have a lot of money to spend and have to stretch every dollar.

Always friendly service. Sarah always helpful and will go above and beyond to help you. I always find what I need shelves are stocked. Never had any problems here. Sarah is the best employee this Family Dollar has and she should be recognized for her services. A compliment and a raise wouldn't hurt either.

I was looking for something that my og store was out of so I tried here. Really dirty floors, I understand it’s a store but it was just gross, yuk. The store was kind of empty, the only good thing to say about that location is the girl on the register was the only friendly employee there. She totally helped that store’s “environment” for sure.

This Family Dollar store was dirty dingy and everything out of order from the little stock they had. The employee wasn't at the counter had to ring the bell 5 times and wait at least 3 minutes. I'm never going back here. But when the clerk did show his face he was nice and polight.

Was just there to grab some stuff for the house. Pretty sure the cashier who helped us was high on something. Moved incredibly slow, tried to charge us twice for toilet paper. Then when we told the other worker what happened she snapped at us to wait a minute, before refunding our money with an attitude. The lady who rung us up also tried to keep my keychain after ringing it up UPDATE; 1 year later & nothing has changed. Store has a now hiring sign out front but when you go inside nothing is stocked. So many shelves are empty it looks like the store is closing. There was only 1 employee working when I went to get toilet paper today. He didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in, or the whole time he was cashing me out. This store needs to be closed or they need all new employees. This is why I go to dollar general now.

This store is always understocked and understaffed. The newest manager, Hope, is the rudest one they've had yet. She has no business being in retail. Her customer service skills are the worst I've ever seen, and I'm a manager in retail too so yes, I know what it's like

the only pro to this review is going to be that the *2* employees were friendly. cons include, but not limited to: disastrous parking lot, unclean, and safety hazards throughout the store UPDATE: as of (at least) May 2019, parking lot and entrance were recently repaired.

As a DAILY customer, I love Kathleen Amanda Dave Tia the wonderful people whom I was used to seeing everyday. Besides Amanda, They've hired obnoxious women, whom cuss and yell on their phones WHILE ringing me up at the register! They lost me as a daily customer the new manager is rude and has no respect for no1 not even her children who she said she was 'f..king up soon as she got home.

I called to see if you had any softside coolers still available. The store manager that worked 8/29/17 12:15pm apparently answered. She had me waiting while she discussed her unhappiness with her schedule, pay & co-workers explaining to another worker that she didn't want to be the store manager if she was going to be working then someone else should be. She took care of other customer's in the store but, never spoke to me again just kept me "on hold".. (Sounded like she was holding the phone). Just very unprofessional of a store manager & plain rude.
