It's Metro T-Mobile it's the worst cell phone service in Michigan it only works in Detroit so if you don't leave Detroit you're good but the people in Detroit don't even have a vehicle worthy enough to drive anywhere else in Michigan so stick with MetroPCS put anybody out of Detroit go to Cricket ~Richard

Went in to update my phone. This involved trading my old phone in. Was told that they would transfer all of my contacts, photos and music to my new phone. Before I have a chance to check my new phone they factory reset my old phone, deleting everything. They only moved my contacts. 5 years of photos and all of my music was gone, forever. Total and complete incompetence. ~twinewinder1
