All my experiences have great. I left my purse on the bus, and the driver kept it safe. I had a flight cancellation and the girl at the front gave me a free day (I was all stressed out). Great employees. Had an oil change during one of my trips, super convenient and great price.

I was confident that my car was safe and I was safe going to and from the airport. The drivers were very helpful. Rinh my driver on the way back was very helpful. His awareness of the customer needs was amazing. Checking to make sure everything was OK with my car and if I needed water. He explained special offers without the sales pitch just a genuine sharing of information. Very excited to know that this company does car cleaning and detailing while you’re gone. I only wish it was offered when I dropped my car off as I didn’t notice it when I booked. I will definitely do that next time. My overall experience with this company was very good. Thank you

You did everything you said you would do! It was easy to schedule and easy to interact with. I was arriving very early (12:35 am) on a Saturday morning so I didn't think you would be so on top of arrangements. The text to let you know I arrived was easy to send and receive your reply, the bus arrived with little delay and my car was waiting for me. Perfect!

Booking online was easy and pain free. Arrived at the location got out of my car and on to a shuttle no muss no fuss. Arrived at the airport in rapid time right at my carrier. When we came home sent a text and the shuttle arrived within 20 minutes and the car was already in the lot when we arrived ready to put our bags in an go. It couldn't have been any smoother. I would always choose Park N Fly in the future. Highly recommend.

First of all, we like the convenience. You are conveniently located to the airport. Your staff is very pleasant and helpful. When we dropped off our car, we were helped with transferring our luggage from our car to the van and took off for the airport in a very timely fashion. There was a little learning curve on how we were to contact you once we arrived, but once we figured it out, the driver arrived promptly. Our car was ready for us once we arrived back. Thank you.

As always, service was excellent with prompt delivery to the terminal and prompt pick up when returning. So for Park ‘N Fly, five stars. But…whereas they used to detail vehicles in-house, they now farm it out to an outside business. The last two times we had vehicles detailed (both were full service details with hand wax, the first for a Mercedes sedan, the second for a Ford F-250) the price had increased to over $200.00. In both instances, the details were less than spectacular. For the Mercedes, the interior glass was badly streaked, the console still had dust in the vents, the door sills weren’t done and they missed the trunk completely. My wife was comped completely in light of this. When they did my truck there was wax haze in several spots on the exterior, the glass was badly streaked, and they didn’t clean the cloth upholstery, or even vacuum properly, as the interior was still covered in dog hair. The Park ‘N Fly associate who put my bags in the truck pointed all of this out, apologized for the bad job, and gave me a number to contact the detail business to get satisfaction. After two attempts they’ve yet to return my call. Very disappointing, especially for the price. We used to look forward to picking up a car that was clean as new for a little over $100.00, to being very disappointed in the job they did for over $200.00. I would not hesitate to recommend Park ‘N Fly to anyone, as the convenience and professional level of service for the price is fantastic, but if you need your car detailed I would now suggest making another choice.

As always service was great. Just pull up leave keys in car..I was met by driver who took my luggage and off we were. They also offer car services if you need any..upon return got my luggage, text them but they were already there..got back my vehicle was pulled up and cooled down. I love using them. Only complaint I had a hard time with the app..

Surpassed all expectations I could have had. All staff were very polite and their process was streamlined and very efficient. Not more than 10 minutes from calling to say "pick me up" to being in the seat of my car driving away. And they even thoughtfully opened the car windows to lower the heat on a warm day. Great experience.

Super easy check in and out process. Just pull up to the stop sign leave the keys in the car and someone will come over. Make sure to have your license plate number ready to give to the front desk and confirm your booking. The driver will help you with luggage. You will also be giving a ticket for when you return to call the number that’s on it after you receive your luggage and provide them with your claim number they will tell you where to meet your driver. I didn’t have to wait for my driver the shuttle bus was already outside after I received my luggage which was awesome! The driver was also super friendly and welcoming. When I arrived back to the parking lot my car was already started with the keys inside ready to go since I already prepaid online there was no need to go inside. Super easy and convenient!
