I just came back from picking up some prescriptions and an over the counter medication and couldn’t of had a better experience. The person who greeted me at the cash register had a big smile on and wished me hello. After I told her what prescriptions I wanted she informed me one wasn’t ready but if I wanted to wait, ended up being less than a few minutes, she would expedite it, which she must have. I also needed an over the counter medication and the pharmacist validated my use and informed me about some of the side effects that help me select the correct product and dosage. Great experience- thank you so much. Tough job that usually only gets complaints.

The pharmacy staff are rude and dismissive. This even when dealing with a child’s need. If you need a CVS I would do another location. The Longmeadow location is amazing and the pharmacists are wonderful and helpful. The pharmacy manager in Suffield is very rude and unable to admit fault. I will be filing a corporate complaint against the cvs pharmacy of Suffield .

Terribly run they are highly understaffed the manager does nothing to advocate and help the customer's just sits in the back and doesn't help at all I went in to get my flu shot and on the sign it said appointments recommended but it didn't say they were required the lady at the counter said it was subject to availability while there was NOBODY waiting for it all it could take was a simple shot in my arm but no the lady at the pharmacy had to complain and make it seem like a big deal not to mention I asked to make a appointment and she said you're supposed to make it online what's the point of getting a flu vaccine when it's not convenient not to mention the manager did nothing to advocate for the fact there was nobody there they could have given me a shot and I would have been on my way but made a big fuss not to mention they always mess up medication's here and sometimes don't fill them at all this place is overall terrible as you can see from the many other reviews I won't be coming back here again.

I have to agree with the other negative postings about the Suffield CVS pharmacy staff. I watched for 25 minutes as they answered phone call after phone call while ignoring folks standing at the counter. And when they did finally engage with the on-site customers, it was very clear that they didn’t want to. Maybe they should go work in a call center somewhere hidden away? Unbelievable!

This pharmacy only cares about money. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Steve, a pharmacy tech, has not worn a mask. I have complained numerous times and every time I go, he's not wearing a mask. Often the manager is working with him and he's still not wearing a mask. I don't care about politics, science is real and masks work. If I were to walk in the store without a mask bi would be told to wear one. I like the store because it's clean and big, but it's clear they don't care about me and my health. There are never enough employees in such a busy store. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I have received at a Pharmacy EVER. Unsure how their Pharmacy Staff can be so rude to people and still be employed. Donna is probably the worst. I literally drive out of my way to not have to go here now. No thanks. Other CVS locations are much more pleasant to deal with

Whenever I go there the people are rude. I’ve gone a few times with questions and concerns and no one attempted to help just was told “someone will be right with you” and they help colostomies who show up after me. A few times they told me they were going to call my insurance because a prescription of mine ran out early and they never did. Unfortunately my insurance only allows me to use CVS otherwise I wouldn’t go there.

Started using pharmacy here and now I understand the low ratings. Had to adjust my previous review. I gave them a few more chances but the customer service etc. is horrible at the pharmacy. Beware of a “Donna”. An older woman with a huge attitude in pharmacy area. I can’t stand it when workers are rude to kind customers. Front end of store: Always a cashier there to help me. Clean, new, beautiful store. Only thing I question is why they built such a huge building for this CVS. Totally unnecessary. Thinking they should have just renovated the old location. Please keep up the quality service towards the front & update pharmacy staff.

The pharmacy started out fine when they first opened the new location, but has gone downhill since then. They claim to call when prescriptions are ready, but they don't. If there was a problem with the prescription, they won't work it out with the doctor, they just forget that the prescription ever existed. After 20 minutes arguing with the male pharmacist, who quite frankly sounded drunk, he "found" it. Incredibly poor customer service and they couldn't care less about it.
