I am posting this for my mother. She was there on 3/8/21 around 6:00 am. Normally she has a huge problem because she needs the juvenile needles because she has poor veins. When she asks for them they say (at this office) they do not have them. That morning the tech that drew her blood was more than happy to help her and in using the juvenile needle was able to get it done in one shot. She said and I quote "she should get a raise on how perfect she was." So who ever this lady's boss is.... just a thought because my mother doesn't gush about much. Thank you!

I absolutely HATE getting my blood drawn but quest makes it quick and easy. They are also very friendly and accommodating if you faint or feel ill afterward like I always do. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get lab work done.

Jacobs mom posting for Jacob... my son is 4.5 and I was nervous about how he would be treated. he was upset and crying about having his blood drawn but the ladies who did it were so wonderful and the one who put in the needle was so gentle Jacob even thanked her for doing a "soft needle". thank you so much for being good to my son. he said his broken heart (from when he first found out he was going to have a needle) is now put back together.

I normally HATE giving blood! I'll admit, I'm a big baby when it comes to getting srabbed with needles. Today my Phlebotomist (I call them Day-Walking Vampires) was a young lady with BEAUTIFUL light blue eyes 👀, she seemed new, but I NEVER felt a thing, AT ALL!!!! GREAT JOB QUEST!!!!

Very friendly and professional stuff, wait time is minimal, everyone was wearing appropriate PPE and everything looked properly sanitized, you could smell the bleach ! I have to bring my 6 year old son here for bloodwork monthly and all of the technicians we have been assisted by make him feel very comfortable and offer a painless experience !

I went here a couple of days ago and the process was quick and easy for me. Not very friendly staff, but they did their jobs and got everything they needed to get done very efficiently. If you plan on going here, I HIGHLY recommend setting up an appointment online (I tried calling but the line was busy). I was in and out in less that 15 minutes while a family and an elderly man were waiting when I first signed in and were still waiting when I left. I felt so bad that they were waiting so long only because they didn't make an appointment. Overall, it was a sterile environment and staff were efficient but not too friendly; just make sure to set up an appointment or who knows how long you'll be waiting.

I'm surprised at any bad review. I've always had great visits at this location. All employees have been pleasant. Today, I had blood work done by Sarah (Sara). She was extremely pleasant and did a great job. Hardly felt a thing!

Wait time was minimal, but there is 1 person working after 1 every day, and the blood draw was not good to say the least. He couldn’t find my vein, then dig around until he found it... less than 24 hours later I have the bruise the size of a baseball. My recommendation, find another location.

I really don't even want to give them one star. I've gone there at least 3 times in the past 6 months. Window staff is rude and I've never seen a smile. They don't have the requisitions half the time. Now they've built a solid wall where the desk person used to sit so that you don't even see one human when you go in. The only way to sign in is by a touch pad. How is an elderly person supposed to sign in? The technology frightens most of them and they are unable to complete it. Ridiculous! There is a wide open market for a new independent blood draw lab that could provide customer service, assistance for the elderly, and an occasional smile. I will not go back to this station; maybe there's a better one close by.

Took my 14 month old for a finger stick and also had my 3 year old with me. I knew the woman was nervous about the bloodwork on my toddler which she should have just told me in the beginning because l would have gone elsewhere no problem! instead she was super rude and called a bunch of different clinics for a special tube and after about 25 min told me that she wasn’t comfortably doing it... i was so annoyed! Should have told me from the get go it would have been no issue at all! Never going back.
