My husband had a urine test these people said you dnt need an appt over the phone. When we showed up we were told you NEED an appt. We got the last appointment for the day. While my husband was in the office a few elderly gentle men came in and attempted to use the kiosk but had a hard time I assisted as best as I could but the office lady then came out and told them in a very rude voice u cnt get tested today. Didn't even attempt to slowly explain why they couldn't get tested. They were rushing and all the staff was rude. They told my husband that they didn't know he was getting a urine test. Mam really. Then when asked the staff when the results would come back we received attitudes because they didn't know the answer. They have terrible customer service skills. Not impressed will not be using quest from now on.

I can see why this place has such a low review . The old b.... who called me back was EXTREMELY rude and cocky.. i ended up leaving vs having them call the doctors office. I will NOT return and make sure people i know will NOT come to this location.

Dawn a worker there is extremely rude, she refused to give me urine containers. I’m disabled and she discriminated against me. She clearly hates dealing with people that aren’t able bodied and saw me as an inconvenience because I couldn’t urinate on demand.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I was checking in for my appointment at the kiosk when the employee came out to tell me that masks are required. Please note the mask was also around her chin. I didn't have one on me so I asked if they had one. She said no, they don't hand them out anymore. As I'm asking if there is a place nearby to get a mask, she literally closes the door in my face and walks away from me. She was extremely rude. Save yourself some time and don't deal with these people.

The employee here harassed my pregnant wife as she was asking if she could borrow a mask from them. We just moved here and do not have them. She slammed the door in my wife's face and flipped us off as she walked away. I cannot believe that someone believes this is a sorry excuse for a business. No one in there to greet you and check you in just a kiosk and a waiting room. DO NOT COME HERE

It says although appointments are encouraged walk ins are still welcome, however you must pick a time to be seen.. aka an appointment! Waste of my lunch break

Absolutely terrible, nobody could help me With ordering a COVID-19 test that I need for work. Was told I would have to pay $200 cash because they didn't have a card reader, when I proceeded to call them out on that since the test is only $120 they told me that they were going to call the police if I didn't leave because I was trespassing. As I was walking out because this isn't worth my time anymore? The technician called me a b***h in Spanish as well as quite a few more choice words

Vowing never to visit Quest again, I had no choice. Going for drug screening is new for me. All I wanted was a little help. First while standing outside asking for help, my mask broke and was yelled at for not having one. I was told they didn't have any masks. BS. I went got a mask walked back. Was told to sign in. I am not familiar with this system. I was treated with no respect whatsoever. The people working there were rude, ignorant and down right unprofessional. Strike two with this place. There will be no strike 3. I will drive well out of the way to avoid the ignorance of these people. They are there for us...do your job, or find another career.

Call the number they say appt are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. Go out of my way to go their show up to be told at the door that it's apt only and I need to make an appt. So despite what quest says they lie and made me waste my time. Will be doing my screens else where. No walk ins, walk ins, no walk ins 🤣😂🤣 they can't make up their mind and Im not going somewhere that inconveniences ppl because they are scared of covid and it's 99 percent chance of living. The only reason for going to them in the first place was they did walk ins so now that that's out go somewhere else🤷

I had a 7 AM appointment for a glucose tolerance test ordered by my Dr. Arrived at 6:53, there were 7 people standing in line waiting to enter. I waited in my car. Doors opened promptly at 7. At 7:06 the last person entered the foyer, I walked up and waited for the foyer to clear and entered. It was another few minutes to get to the sign in kiosk. The Kiosk had posted that it was 25 more minutes to be seen for my 7 AM appointment. I left not having scheduled over an hour for my 7 AM appointment. Quest is grossly negligent of over booking and being insensitive to wasting people's time . This has happened several times at different branches. I schedule first thing in the morning so I could get in and out quickly to get to work. 7:00 does not mean 7:40. What does it say about a company's attitude when they are running late first thing in the morning? I It screams out , "We don't care ! " I suggest that anyone who has to wait more than 20 minutes for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT get up and leave. Reschedule, and try again. Eventually they might get a clue on respectfully booking appointments for people. My apologies to any employees who have to suffer from these greedy corporate practices.
