Went to get fish and chips. I always ask for it cooked lightly not crunchy but I got it crunchy anyways. Hate that! Then it is a waste of money for me. Seems no matter what Big Y the issue is the same. The person cooking the order walks away and takes care of the seafood counter and then forgets my order and it gets overcooked Why can't they just wait there or just have one person cooking all the orders on a busy Friday and another person taking care of the counter.

Got to the birthday party to find out it was not buttercream but regular frosting. The person who this cake was for didn’t even eat any because they only liked the buttercream I’m very disappointed that the girl lied to me
