Tried to ship an item with the shipping label provided by the vendor, using the box in which the merchandise was delivered. Was told there would be a $2.00 charge to tape the top of the box, and the box had to be taped to "UPS standards." I took the box with me and taped the top with about 10 cents worth of tape following the "UPS standards" as described to me. They accepted the box even though it had been shipped to me, by UPS, without the bottom being sealed "to UPS standards." I wonder if vendors would use UPS for returns if they knew of these clownish requirements.

I continue having five-star experiences at this location. In fact, since moving, I sometimes drive 20 miles just to go to this store. Various staff members have helped me. Sometimes, it’s incredibly busy, mostly now Amazon returns. Instructions from Amazon are clear. They tell you if you need to package it or just need a QR,etc. UPS has to charge if their staff assists in any way. There are no freebies. If you treat them respectfully, they will all do what they can to help and that can be a whole lot depending on your attitude.

So helpful! Emma was great, went out of her way to help me and make sure everything was completed. And so kind and friendly, too. Everyone at the store was terrific, from my first phone call, to making sure I had everything when I left.

I feel that the girl that works here has a chip on her shoulder. I had forgotten to bring the slip for a return and had the audacity to tell me she will print it for 5 bucks for each paper. So I told her to screw off. So steer clear since the girl here wants to burn the world.

I just got charged $4.88 for one strip of tape & one piece of paper. I hope the depressed robot of an employee at the desk is making more than minimum wage.

Scott Is always helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous when I visit this ups store. I'm always able to ask shipping questions an he's always there to help. It's always a gem to have the store locally. Customers are always helping holding doors for one another.

Brought in an Amazon return and was told to bring it in the original package. Turns out it was supposed to be resealed first, so she charged me $2 for her to pick up the packing tape and slap on a 14 inch length of tape. My other option was to buy a full roll of tape from them and do it myself. A+ customer service.

Left me a letter on my door yesterday that someone would have to be here today over 18 years old to sign for the package. I took the day off work to stay home for a $900.00 item and UPS never showed up. Called UPS and they said, call the sender (Amazon) its not our problem. Amazon had nothing to do with this, UPS left me the the sticky note saying that it would be redelivered today and someone needed to be here.

Living nearby, I am at this location often. I have nothing but positive experience here. They have always treated me in a friendly and professional way. On several occasions they have really gone beyond to help me actually package items properly and made suggestions that have saved me time and probably money. I u sets tabs everyone has different experiences and this is just mine. For me they’re five stars.
