The Manager here is so rude, he was rolling his neck and making arm gestures at the older lady who was working the jewelry counter today asking her, why they keep calling him cause he had to much other stuff to do. He was doing this in front of customers.

The style of clothes has changed a great deal. Our young women need to leave something to the imagination instead of showing everything.

Store was very warm. Lots of dressing rooms closed. Merchandising untidy. Pants selection was limited.

The store has many options & floors to explore! There aren't too many people working it seems. You often have to go looking for someone to make your purchases. The employees working are always kind & helpful when I've asked them for help. Clean store & clean bathrooms.

They had a wonderful selection of white dresses and I was able to find a Calvin Klein dress for my daughter the night before graduation after searching several other stores. Next time I will go to Macy's first.

Really sad condition. Displays were messy, was hard to navigate the store as each department seemed haphazardly placed. And clothing choices were poor. I wandered the store and left without even finding anything to try on.

Customer service at this location was great! Had to make an urgent shopping trip for business clothes, as I hadn't had any in-person meetings for 3 years and no longer had business clothes in good repair. The lady who rang me up was also helpful in telling me where I had found the items I was carrying when I needed different sizes. Fitting rooms are very clean and tidy, considering the fact that I think there was only that one employee doing everything! Macy's is still an excellent choice for business clothes.

The American mall's are dying, but this store along with few others keep them alive... best place to get premium scents and perfume and still the place I go for big guy clothes... The folks at this location run a pretty good ship, and they remember my name!!!

The staff was polite and helpful when I was shopping at this Macy's Saturday. The store was clean and had a wide range of goods . I will definitely be back to shop more in the future.
