The pharmacy is awful. Refills are slow and waiting in the drive thru is even slower. Expect to wait 20+min of there's a line.

We have been using this pharmacy for a while. The employees there continually make errors with the medication. The latest "mistake " is not only not having the prescription ready, but they claimed that it wasn't ready- 3 weeks later, because "it was sent to Target."!!!! They said it would be ready in an hour. Finally received it weeks later. They also FREQUENTLY leave medication out, and they take NO responsibility. We are going to find a better pharmacy. There HAS to be a better pharmacy.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with and I would go somewhere else if my insurance covered another one but they don't. They literally NEVER answer the phone and won't refill prescriptions. My Dr. sends them in and then I have to physically go into the store and say hey fill my prescription then go back to pick it up. Don't even think about going to the drive though because that will take hours. I am so sick right now and I know I have to drive there to get them to fill my medicine. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

I don't know what the problem is with this pharmacy but you can never just simply go in and pick up your prescriptions.... Both times I came here my orders were called in and yet I still had to wait over 15 minutes for my prescriptions to be filled.. There's always someone in front of you that's being held up as well !! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I went in today and very politely asked if they had any at home Covid testing kits. This short older lady employee with glasses and a black mask rudely looks and me and screams “we don’t have any of those here!! Go somewhere else” When I asked for a suggestion she said “oh I don’t know the library!!” And gives me the nastiest look. Just rude. I’m also working through a pandemic but I don’t treat costumers like that even when they ask me the same questions all day.

This CVS needs a major overhaul. Do not waste your time here. The pharmacy staff is incompetent. They socialize more than they work. Prescriptions are NEVER filled on time, even if using autofill. There has been many many times they don’t even answer the phone! Not only have I tried calling many times myself and no one answers , but I have actually been in the store waiting on an RX (that was suppose to be filled 2 days ago) and they were ignoring the phone calls! There were 3 techs and a pharmacist (hardly) working and no one was answering the phone. WHAT?!!?!?! It was utterly ridiculous. If this only happened once, maybe 2 times, um, ok ….. BUT this is an everyday thing at this pharmacy. You shouldn’t have to ask numerous times for your RX to be filled. By not answering the phone or filling scripts in a timely manner they are essentially holding your prescriptions hostage! The staff at this CVS couldn’t care any less about you OR your medication needs if they tried. Also - this store is literally dirty. The floors are hardly ever cleaned and the pharmacy is a jumbled mess. I will never use CVS again. There is no need to wait DAYS for an RX refill!

I have been a customer for many years, and unfortunately the customer service had steadily declined. Techs are rude and do not want to take the time to help you whether in person or over the phone. I am ready to move my prescriptions.

I have used this CVS for several years now. They have had hiccups along the way, as any business has, but Have been wonderful to me the past two years. Their newest pharmacist, I think his name is Lamar(?) is by far the best pharmacist I have encountered at ANY CVS. He’s efficient, knowledgeable, so nice, and always willing to help me when I have questions. All of the techs are personable and are always very kind.

The pharmacy at this CVS is by far my favorite in Centerville. They are always welcoming on the phone, in person and at drive through. Today Nick the pharmacist spent extra time counseling me on a new prescription I was worried about. Very grateful to have such a great neighborhood pharmacy!

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. They search for coupons to apply to my prescriptions to make them more affordable without me asking. They also ordered several months of a prescription of mine that they seem to be out of frequently so they’d have it on hand for me.
