Best wheel alignment service in Naugatuck, Connecticut (CT) 2024

This place is a joke. I tried to support a local business and purchased 4 new tires here on June 14th, spent $900. When I pulled out of the shop my car sounded like it had no exhaust on it. Turns out they used their lift wrong and broke part of my exhaust which they told me could possibly have been from their lift but was bound to happen from rust under the car. I had it repaired which also cost me $900 and the shop I went to confirmed the lift at the tire place definitely broke the piece. I tried for a week to get in touch with the owner and was ignored. I contacted the better business bureau and they were ignored by this business too. I was willing to take even half of the money to reimburse me for the damage they did to my car but they never gave me the time of day. Now I'll make sure everyone I know never gives them any business ever again. Should have just gone to Firestone or pep boys- lesson learned. ~Erin
