I shouldn't even give them a 2 star rating. The 26 ft truck I rented was a death trap. I could barely steer it, it shook so bad I thought I was going to crash. The tires were worn and the front bumper and headlight were rigged up with wire. And the cost when all was set and done was the highest I have ever paid to rent a U-Haul truck. I will never go through that again!!! ~Carol
