I cant say enough about this company. I called them on a Friday afternoon and the scheduled me for Monday. George the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and Mike the tech arrived right on time and did an outstanding job. Love my new garage door openers and will absolutely be using this company when I upgrade my doors in the future

1st install appointment cancelled due to installer's wife in labor. Ok, understandable. For 2nd appointment I had to call them in order to get on schedule, they weren't trying to contact me. George says, 'hows tomorrow', I said 'sounds good to me'. Day of appointment. No show, no call, no email, nothing.

GREAT company! George the owner is A GREAT GUY and the faith he has in is installers is EXCEPTIONAL! And rightly so!!! The installers Ralph and Mike were ABSOLUTE PROS!! My install was NOT the easiest but these guys knocked it right out! LOVE MY NEW DOORS AND OPENERS!! THANK YOU PERFORMANCE OVERHEAD!!!

We inquired with them for garage door replacement. An appointment was made and we were told they would arrive between 12-1PM. Finally at 1:30 I inquire what their status is and get told they are still in Worcester. They had zero courtesy to call and update us as we waited for them to arrive. If you expect good customer service, go somewhere else because you won’t get it from this company. Very unprofessional. Not using them again.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy my wife and I were with the services of Performance Overhead Door Co. The did everything exactly as promised. The Garage door they installed on my house looks beautiful, it opens and closes so quietly, and it is much better than the ones that you can purchase from a Lowes or Home Depot. The installers were great and it took them the amount of time you would estimate to do the job Right. They showed up on time and did everything perfectly. It passed inspection by the county on the first try. We would highly recommend them as they are honest, dependable, hard-working, and did everything they promised to do. You would not be disappointed. Their prices were competitive and they offered the very latest in products. Highly recommend!

He never finished the job. He will respond and say that I've waited more than a month for weatherstripping because it's a custom color, but the fact is that I found, bought, and installed it myself after waiting a month. Turns out that Sandtone is not custom, and is available at the Home Depot. I feel badly for Matt the installer, because he worked really hard and was friendly and professional. I certainly hope that he finds a better employer when this one folds up shop, because I will most certainly go out of my way to tell everyone I meet not to use this company.
