Called before I showed up to get an estimate and was assured that my estimate would be done later that day as the matter was extremely time sensitive. 2 days later and was told the he MIGHT get to it the next day… Also the receptionist, Julie, was extremely rude and really needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills.
