Best produce market in Oxford, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Great home shopping Store Usually has everything and fresh especially the produce. A lot of good tasting ready made meals. However, I was ignored more than once at the salad counter waiting to order something and I had to walk away. And each time I go to the seafood counter there is no one there. The sea food is delicious, but here again unless I have an extra 15-20 minutes to wait I have to walk away without an order. Of course you expect to wait or shop and come back when you request something be cooked, but I had to wait just to put in an order and no one else was waiting just me. ? Everyone is polite when they get to you but I expect since they work so hard to make it taste good you have to be willing to wait for it. I really like this store and I go to many, but they don't carry every single thing I use to cook. Like Jones breakfast sausage just the regular kind, or chicken skinless drumsticks. Maybe I just didn't see them but I kept looking and there was none. So it's off to a different store to get all I need. But, the place is worth the trip if your not in a hurry. ~Anne
