Really the worst experience of any pharmacy I've gone to. I took my husband there to get a vaccine. They told me that the insurance doesn't cover it and tried to charge $211. When I said that I believe that it should be covered they told me to call my insurance. Online my provider indicates that it is in fact 100% covered. I called the insurance and they told me it is 100% covered and that the person entered the claim incorrectly (added an administration fee). I called the pharmacy back and the person, who I believe may have been the same person, said that there was no way to enter the claim. She told me that she couldn't do anything unless I rescheduled the appointment. I work all day so have to schedule after 6 and I was concerned that once we got there they would again reject the claim. She would not call the insurance company directly which is what the agent mentioned that they should do in order to figure out how to enter the claim. I re-scheduled the appointment and CVS immediately canceled the appointment. They didn't call me or give me any indication as to why the appointment was rejected other than a text "due to unforeseen circumstances". Needless to say we won't go back to that CVS again. ~Julie

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!! INCREDIBLY RUDE PHARMACY. Young girl laughing with another coworker because she rudely told me I had to wait 8 hours for my medication without even checking to see if it was or would be ready. When she went to pass it to me out of the window, she realized quickly it had been filled days previously and had that date on it. So she chuckled that I would see she made me wait for nothing. They should fire the whole staff and start again, as this isn’t my first bad experience. Seeing all the other reviews I am not the only. As I’m writing this I was on hold for 19 minutes 2 times without anyone picking up to say hello to me once. Then I was hung up on while I was writing this. Today is my final straw, I’m going to the top of the Walgreens corporate as I have friends who work there to complain of this chain. This is unacceptable really! ~Rachael

Steve is a great guy. The staff is friendly and the music is always a refreshing surprise. Mostly it's '60s rock and roll; perfect for us Boomers! The store is smallish but it is packed with high-quality merchandise! They have a nice selection of whiskies and beer. ~Glyn
