GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!! INCREDIBLY RUDE PHARMACY. Young girl laughing with another coworker because she rudely told me I had to wait 8 hours for my medication without even checking to see if it was or would be ready. When she went to pass it to me out of the window, she realized quickly it had been filled days previously and had that date on it. So she chuckled that I would see she made me wait for nothing. They should fire the whole staff and start again, as this isn’t my first bad experience. Seeing all the other reviews I am not the only. As I’m writing this I was on hold for 19 minutes 2 times without anyone picking up to say hello to me once. Then I was hung up on while I was writing this. Today is my final straw, I’m going to the top of the Walgreens corporate as I have friends who work there to complain of this chain. This is unacceptable really!

Went for a rapid Covid test and was supposed to get results within 2-3 hrs. 5 hrs later, no results. Went there to inquire and was treated rudely with no attempt to help me get my result. Was never emailed or texted my results. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Not sure why all of these miserable people are leaving bad reviews because everyone who works here is very kind. I’ve had some very good experiences and I’m a frequent shopper. To be honest I never went to the pharmacy or the photo section but I enjoy coming here.

Came in 15 minutes early and with my paperwork already filled as noted in the confirmation email. I was not recognized at the check in for the Covid booster for at least 15 mins. I was asked the same questions as the things filled in the paperwork which defeats the purpose of filling it ahead of time. I waited another 15 mins to get the actual vaccine. Very unorganized and terrible wait time

Walgreens pharmacy provides me with worst level of service. Have my prescription sent over there went there to pick up my prescription two times call once to Check status on my prescription all time out of stock or have different one that my insurance didn’t cover. Also they try to sale me different brand. Try to complain about there service to person behind the counter but she is so rude to me because I was asking about reason for my prescription is not stock. Never ever going there again. Loosing me as customer.

45 minutes to get a Covid shot and there was only one person in front of me. Slow, slow, slow. One person in front of me at the cashier in front trying to buy one item. Waiting and waiting. I can't imagine what it would be like if they were busy.

I am very disappointed in the service at the pharmacy these days. I took in a prescription to be filled tonight (5:30)and was told to come back at 8pm to get it. I drove up around 8:15 and it still wasn't ready. I was just left at the drive up with no explanation so I left. A few weeks ago I ordered a refill online and received confirmation that it would be filled. I went to pick it up a couple of days later and it wasn't ready. I was then told they did not have the medication due to a recall. No one bothered to contact me to tell me that. Not the Walgreens service I am used to.

The front cashiers are always pleasant and this is the best pharmacy that I’ve been to in the valley. The Pharmacist leader Nick is great but I have had him be snippy with me when I had a question about an OTC. Usually the line isn’t long but if it is be prepared to wait.It seems that over the last few years new people are there and have replaced the few bad apples that should have never been hired at all.They intentionally kept their back to you pretending like you aren’t there.

Custome made my newborns reflux meds no problem even though another Walgreens said they couldn’t and said it wasn’t covered by my insurance. At this Walgreens there was not only zero charge, they also added flavor for free.
