OMG... Beatrice C. just ruined my wife's hair! The last time I witnessed over processing on this level was in cosmetology school. What was supposed to be a surprise and pampering evening turned into me coming home to my wife crying with clumps of hair in her hands. So now I am sitting here trying to console my wife while trying to explain (there is no repair for what Beatrice did, and she knows it) the damage that was done is not her fault. So now, I have to go and spend several hundreds of dollars in protein treatments and trims to remove the damage that Beatrice did. I am not going to sit here and tell you "not go to this salon", that is your choice. I am however calling out an obviously over her prime hack of a stylist to hang up her scissors before she ruins another persons hair. You betray everything you are there to do... make people feel good about themselves.
