I hadn’t had a haircut in over three years and was in desperate need of one. I got an appointment the same day, the staff was very friendly, and the stylist was very attentive and really listened to what I was saying to her. I was very pleased with the cut and it cost 1/4 of what I used to pay at a high end salon. Services: Blowdry, Haircut

I experienced a completely unprofessional group that were commenting on various customers who had just left and bantering loudly about personal lives amongst each other. In the meantime they failed to deliver a satisfactory haircut even taking into consideration that this place is not top dollar. I expected at least bare minimum. I would not recommend this place. I don't remember the name of the stylist, but she had shoulder length blonde hair. I needed a good trim and that's exactly what I got. She took just enough off and I was happy with the length and you certainly can't complain about the cost. No frills, but worth it for a simple trim.

Called to get a cut from Vanessa as she is the only one to ever give me a good men's cut there. Was told she was there for 30 more minutes and there was no wait. I said great, put me on the list (they had my name pulled up in the computer)and I'll be right there(5 mins away). I get there and there is a 6 person wait and Vanessa had already left and my name wasn't even on the screen?!?! Complete lack of awareness. The girl who was on phone had given me the worst haircut of my life the last time I was there too. Never again. Sorry Vanessa. You were great. Service: Haircut

Hit or miss as to if you get a great haircut. I've had both great and terrible cuts here. Could be the turnover rate of employees but if you find one you like try to get that hairdresser for all your appts. Regarding the pandemic,at least they wear masks and space out clients.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a barber. The barber I had could not, and I emphasize COULD NOT cut hair. It was my own fault for going to a super cut—I’ve never heard anything positive about them—but I decided to go anyways. I repeatedly asked the barber if she could even out both sides of my head; she kept nodding yes, and needless to say I walked out with neither side even to the other. Half my haircut was her “blending” my hair (I had asked for a bald fade—she could not even get that right) and when I used a mirror to look at the back of my head it was not blended; rather it looked like one block on top of another one. If I could give negative stars I would. When she was using the clippers, it was constantly pulling at my hair and she did little to change that. Do not go to the barber with the dark hair and glasses, please. You’ll walk out extremely unhappy. I could cut my own hair better upside down and blindfolded. In summary, the barber (1) did not listen to what I wanted, (2) and does not know what they are doing. She did not even cut the hair above my ears. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away. This was the first time I used this place to get a haircut. Wow was I blown away with how clean COVID compliant. The place is very clean with staff always paying attention to their surroundings. I got to meet an amazing hair stylist that will now be my new hairdresser when I need a cut. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to get a haircut 😀

I made an appointment recently for a regular haircut, I arrived early and waited 20 minutes past my appointment time (20 minutes late). The atmosphere was somber and sad, it felt like a wake. There were several customers who just walked out because neither of the 2 employees would look at or speak to them. The customers felt like a bother to the staff. I heard one employee state the computer "triple booked" for the day even though I spoke to a live person when I made my appointment. After about 20 minutes of cutting my hair in complete silence (awkward) the woman who never introduced herself to me said she was done. I looked in the mirror and couldn't figure out if she had actually cut any of my hair. It looked exactly the same. I asked if she could just use a #1 clipper on the side and back and she seemed truly confused. After trying again the front came out ok. When I got home my wife laughed at the back of my head as my hair looked bizarre and not blended at all. It just arbitrarily stopped and started in one random line. In the hour I was in the "abyss" neither of the 2 females working said a word to each other making this experience even more odd. The phone rang several times and no one attempted to pick it up.
