Brunette behind the print desk was abrasive, bossy and condescending regarding the procedure for sending them documents to print. Apparently I didn't follow her preferred way to send a document. Ironically, I followed the exact instructions from the gentleman last night and used the email address on the card he gave me. I won't return. There is no glory in an employee who scolds customers like a child.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a FedEx store. I've came in before for the same thing, returning NFL shop gear. When I've come in before all I needed to do was forward my email and they would print my label for my return(as I don't have a printer) . When I came in yesterday there was the most incompetent people helping me out. Before I was in and out. Yesterday, it took two FedEx employees and almost 30 minutes of being in the store before they finaly figured out how to "work around" the process, which was dumbfounding to me because what work around were they talking about??? I will NEVER go to that FedEx store again!

The staff at this location were super friendly! There were a few other customers in the store when I arrived but at least three staff members took time to greet me, and two asked what they could do to help me. The woman who helped me laminate something and print from a digital file was very helpful, and even brought my documents out to me while I was browsing the shopping isles. Definitely recommend the staff and service at this location!

The price given by Melissa at the front desk to ship my package was $25 +$3.99 filler paper for 2 day one rate 2 weeks ago and I was happy shipped and client received in 2 days. I have a receipt for the total. 2 weeks later, FedEx invoice says $64.50 for that same shipment and no one contacted me and I didn't agree to this price?! Who is responsible for this incorrect price difference? 😤

I took my granddaughters Easter gift packages I prepared and paid for them to pack it up. I had layered tissue paper for each type of item in thr bag. The top had paper grass with plastic eggs with chocolates. Box of peeps and reese peanut butter eggs. My grand daughters got only couple of eggs and peeps the rest of eggs and peanut butter eggs were taken. I called customer support to report the employees theft. No one has contacted me. I want the whole $43.00 i paid pack and send refunded. I hope you get fired. Customer service going to hear from me again. Don't go to this place unless you pack yourself. My son had called me live opening the box and undoing each bag and i was shocked. It was also saved as video. Got proof that items stolen. Taking candy from babies. Never will i ever use FedEx again

I got some sheets printed for an art portfolio here yesterday and couldn't be happier with the outcome! The assistant manager helped me get these printed and she was very nice, funny, and helped me step by step! The wait wasn't long at all and had the prints in my hand within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend this store for your printing needs. They are fast, friendly, and the prints are high quality!
